Ep.Yard, Newtown. Harry Macy claims that David settled in Newtown, L.I. and that David and his descendents adopted the surname
"Van Wickel." David married Eunice Livesay (b. 22 July 1761) abt. 1786, Newtown. She died 8 October 1843 in her 83rd year

September 1794; Grace Church, Jamaica). She m. William Wright and the minister was Rev. Johnson. She died 7 July 1875 at age 81; Ann^6 Van Wickel (b. 25 February 1797; Newtown,
LI). She m. James T. Smith on 28 April 1823, Newtown (minister was Rev. Johnson);
William^6 Van Wickel (b. 5 November 1799, Newtown, LI)--unmarried. He committed suicide, January 1824;
Jane^6 Boice Van Wickel (b. 21 September 1802; Newtown,
LI)--unmarried. She died 8 October 1880 at 78 y, 18 d.

1780, proved 7 October 1780 mentioning wife Elizabeth, nephew Abraham
Brinkerhoff Rapalye, son of sister Elizabeth; nephew Abraham Polhemus, son of
sister Anne; children of sister Anne Polhemus: Abraham, Allette, Theodorus,
Charity, Jacob and George Polhemus; children of sister Elizabeth Rapalye:
Jeromus, Catharine, Abraham Brinkerhoff, Allette and Richard Rapalye; Hendrick
Brinkerhoff, son of sister Sarah; and children of sister Polly Bloodgood:
Abraham, Allette and Elizabeth Bloodgood. Executors were to be cousins Samuel
Waldron, Isaac Brinkerhoff and George Brinkerhoff, Jr. and "my executors
are to pay to my sister Katharine an equal share." Witnesses were Elnathan
